What is The Keep Moving Club? 

The Keep Moving Club is an online community of supportive midlife women, getting stronger and fitter in their own unique way. It's an inclusive, non judgemental space where you will learn how to personalise your fitness journey. 

I'm so excited to call this community my new home and every day I'll be in there answering your questions, celebrating your wins and helping you overcome your challenges. 

Content will be delivered in seasonal blocks/terms to eliminate overwhelm and keep everyone on track with renewed enthusiasm at the start of each term. 

What's inside The Keep Moving Club? 

  • Regular workshops to help you personalise your fitness journey
  • Regular live group hangouts to give you ongoing support and get to know each other
  • Special guests sessions with various experts to help you navigate your midlife journey.
  • Live classes every week (in term time) with replays in case you can't join live

What's different about The Keep Moving Club? 

This whole thing started after I had so many women telling me they're confused and overwhelmed with all the information targeting midlife women. They know they need to be more active, but the "Eat less, move more" narrative of the fitness industry just doesn't work anymore. 

With changes happening to their body, the roller coaster ride of menopause and the challenges of  the 'sandwich years', many feel they don't recognise themselves and don't know how to find their way back to fitness. 

The Keep Moving Club is not just another online library of workouts, it's an interactive community where you'll learn to personalise your fitness journey and adapt in the moment to Keep Moving!
