What is The Keep Moving Club? 

The Keep Moving Club is an online community of supportive midlife women, getting stronger and fitter in their own unique way. It's an inclusive, non judgemental space where you will learn how to personalise your fitness journey. 

I'm so excited to call this community my new home and every day I'll be in there answering your questions, celebrating your wins and helping you overcome your challenges. 

What's inside The Keep Moving Club? 

  • Live classes every week, including kettlebells, upper and lower body focus and gentle restorative classes to balance the output! 
  • A library full of class replays in case you can't join live so you can workout at a time that is convenient for you. 
  • Regular workshops around fitness, nutrition and midlife. 
  • Daily movement motivation for those days when you don't have time for a workout. 
  • Regular challenges to keep you motivated and focused on your journey. 
  • Direct access to your coach Mel to help you personalise your journey.

The Keep Moving Club is not just another online library of workouts, it's an interactive community where you'll learn to personalise your fitness journey and adapt in the moment to Keep Moving! 

The membership has a limit, so there won't be 1000s of faceless people and no way on contacting anyone for support! You'll get to know your fellow members. 

Keeping the numbers low means EVERYONE gets a chance to connect and have one to one time with your coach Mel, enabling you to personalise your journey and support you through the difficult times. 

How much is it? 

Currently, you can join The Keep Moving Club for just £32 per month. 

As the community develops and we add more resources, services and trainers, the price will increase, however, your rate is locked in for life! 🙌🏻
