What is The Keep Moving Club? 

The Keep Moving Club is an online community for midlife women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies, without pressure, punishment, or perfection.

It’s a supportive, inclusive, non-judgemental space where you’ll learn how to personalise your fitness, because midlife bodies don’t do “one-size-fits-all.”

This isn’t about keeping up or pushing through at all costs. It’s about learning how to adapt, listen to your body, and keep moving in a way that supports your energy, hormones, and real life.

I’m Mel, and this community is my home too. I’m in there every day answering questions, celebrating wins (big and small), and helping you navigate the days when motivation, confidence, or energy feel wobbly.

Membership is intentionally capped. That means no disappearing into the background, no shouting into the void, and no feeling like “just another name on a screen.”

You’ll be seen, supported, and coached - with real connection to both me and the women alongside you.

How much is it? 

Membership is £37 per month - less than one week of classes, and designed to support you consistently, not just for a quick fix.
